KA Resources samarbejder med en virksomhed som søger forskellige Tech Lead profiler, indenfor .NET udvikling, med CMS-erfaring, til at deres voksende team. Denne virksomhed er et e-handelshus som har kontorer i København og Aarhus, hvor man vil blive en del af deres voksende teams med +80 passionerede udviklere der prioriterer en høj kodestandard og +100 kollegaer.

De to typer profiler de søger er:

  • Tech Lead, som ønsker at forsætte med fokus på programmering og kodning. Stærke backend udviklere, med ekstra erfaring og dygtighed, der har interesse i fordybelse i kode og være specialist i det.
  • Tech Project Lead, profiler som udover at kode også ønsker at være i dybere kontakt med selve projektet og kunderne. Profiler der føler sig tilpas med at styre projektet på den teknisk side, og som stadig har hands on erfaring og ønsker for at kode noget af tiden.

Hos dem vil de gøre det de kan for at sørge for at deres medarbejder har det udstyr de foretrækker at arbejde med, og prøve at imødekomme særlige ønsker. Udover de standardgoder, har de en sundhedsforskning, som også dækker ens børn, og deres pensionsordning er på 9,5%. Der er tale om fastansættelser, hvor de tilbyder et lønniveau som, matcher ens kompetencer, erfaring og rolle; + bonus.

Opgaverne hos dem vil variere alt afhængig af ens rolle og fra opgave til opgave, men med fokus på komplekse e-handelsløsninger og kodning. Hverdagen vil foregå in-house, og ikke ude hos deres kunder, men man vil være i en eller anden form for kundekontakt, alt afhængig af hvad man føler sig mest tilpas med.

Man vil komme til at arbejde i teams, som består af kollegaer som er Tech leads, projekt leder, udvikler, osv. Sammen står hvert team selv for ansvar og bestemmer selv hvilken teknologi, processer, møder, planlægning og arbejdsmåde giver bedst mening for dem; hvilket også gælder fri mulighed for at aftale hjemmearbejde og fleksibilitet i teamet. Hvert enkelt projekt har et team, som man oftest skifter når man skifter projekt, hvilket afhænger af ens præferencer (de har medarbejdere som ønsker at skifte ofte, f.eks. hvert halve år, og medarbejder som foretrækker langvarige projekter, som f.eks. i ca. 5 år)

Profilerne de søger skal have erfaring med .NET framework, og deres opgavers fokus på backend er bl.a. indenfor C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core.

Indenfor CMS arbejder de primært med Umbraco og har nogle få projekter med Sitecore, men kendskab og erfaring til andre CMS-kompetencer, som EpiServer eller Contentful kan også være interessante.

De er et Microsoft hus som er hoster i Azure; Cloud erfaring vil derfor være relevant og nice to have, sammen med kompetencer indenfor Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, REST APIs design, osv.

KA Resources is collaborating with a company that is looking for various Tech Lead profiles, within .NET, with CMS experience, for their growing team. This company is an e-commerce house, where you will become part of their team of 80 passionate developers who prioritize a high code standard and + 100 colleagues.

The two types of profiles they are looking for are:

  • Tech Lead, profiles who want to continue with a focus on programming and coding. Strong backend developers, with additional experience and skill, who are interested in a deeper immersion in code and being a specialist in it.
  • Tech Project Lead, profiles who, in addition to coding, also want to be in deeper contact with the project itself and the customers. Profiles who feel comfortable managing the project on the technical side, and who still have hands-on experience and desire to code some of the time.

At this company, they will do what they can to ensure that their employees have the equipment they prefer to work with, and they try to accommodate special requests. In addition to the standard benefits, they have a health insurance which also covers one's children, and their pension scheme is 9.5%. They work purposefully with training plans, where they like to take an active part in investigating how each individual employee can best get where they want to go and grow. The tasks with them will vary depending on one's role and from task to task, but with a focus on complex e-commerce solutions and coding. Everyday life will take place in-house, and not out with their customers, but you will have some form of customer contact, depending on what you feel most comfortable with.

You will get to work in teams, which consist of colleagues who are Tech Leads, Project Managers, Developers, etc. Together, each team is responsible for its own project and decides for which technology, processes, meetings, planning and way of working make the most sense for them; which also applies to the option to agree on working remotely and flexibility in the team. Each individual project has a team that usually changes when you change projects, which depends on your preferences (they have employees who want to change often, for example every six months, and employees who prefer long-term projects, such as 5 years).

The profiles they are looking for must have experience with the .NET framework, and the focus of their tasks on the backend is within C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core.

Within CMS, they primarily work with Umbraco and they have a few projects with Sitecore, but knowledge and experience of other CMS skills such as EpiServer or Contentful can also be interesting.

They are a Microsoft house that hosts in Azure; Cloud experience will therefore be relevant and nice to have, together with competencies within Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, REST APIs design, etc.
