If you need assistance in finding candidates for your open positions, KA Resources is the right place for you. Our process begins with an initial conversation where we discuss your requirements and preferences regarding the suitable candidate.
Subsequently, we review our extensive candidate database for potential candidates and simultaneously engage in active sourcing to present you with additional suitable applicants.
After reviewing the application documents, we will forward you suitable candidates for further evaluation. Once you have chosen a candidate, we are more than happy to arrange an interview with the applicant.
We support you and the candidate throughout the successful completion of the hiring process and are here to assist you at every step. In addition to matching candidates to your requirements, our advantage is that we provide you with success-based support. Our placement fee is only due once your new employee has started their position.

Initial meeting
First, we conduct an initial conversation to discuss the key points for the position to be filled.
Candidate Database & Active Sourcing
We evaluate, based on your specifications, which of our candidates are a suitable fit for your needs. Additionally, we engage in active sourcing to provide you with further suitable candidate suggestions.
Review
We review incoming applications to ensure that the profiles match your specifications.
Forwarding
After the review is done, we will forward you the documents of the promising candidates for your consideration.
Arrange interview
If one or more candidates seem interesting to you, we are happy to arrange an interview for you.
Unlimited Interviews
You have the option to arrange an unlimited number of interview conversations with interesting candidates to evaluate whether the applicant truly fits your needs. Our goal is to ensure your long-term satisfaction.
Our Fee
Our placement fee becomes due only once an employment contract has been signed by both parties and the candidate has started their position.
