Non-Accessible Content

1. Structural Limitations due to Divi

  • Some HTML elements generated by the Divi page builder are output as generic <div>-containers instead of semantically correct elements (e.g.,<nav>, <section>).

  • Certain layout modules trigger potential accessibility issues according to automated testing tools (e.g., WAVE, axe, Lighthouse), although these do not necessarily hinder usability in practice.

2. External Components and Plugins

  • Our job board is based on a third-party solution whose technical infrastructure is beyond our direct control.
  • However, we have taken all available measures within our means to ensure low-barrier usage.
  • If accessibility issues occur, we offer alternative application methods.

3. Non-Accessible PDF Documents

  • Some PDF documents available on the website may currently not be fully accessible.
  • Upon request, we are happy to provide these documents in a more accessible format.

Use of Assistive Plugins and Modules (Divi)

To enhance accessibility, we use carefully selected Divi modules and additional plugins that support:

  • Enhanced keyboard navigation
