These general terms and conditions define the terms and conditions of your use of the website of KA Resources, an IT staffing company, and your relationship with KA Resources. It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully as they may affect your legal rights and obligations.

Employers

If you engage KA Resources to provide recruitment services, our terms and conditions apply.

If you commission us directly to fill your vacancy(s), we will send you the complete application documents of the relevant talents via the method you request. We would like to point out that KA Resources will check the documents provided to the best of its knowledge and cannot accept any liability for the accuracy of the information.

The same applies if you request our candidate update, in which we keep you informed about the talents currently available.

Applicants

If you send KA Resources your application documents or allow KA Resources to contact you by telephone, email or other communication channels regarding a temporary or permanent position by other means (contact form, social media, appointment bookings), you are entering into an agreement with us which Participation in recruitment processes and receiving notifications about vacancies that may match your profile. Applicants/Candidates do not pay any fees for recruitment services. If you wish, you may revoke this Agreement by contacting us as described below. You can revoke your consent in writing at any time. The revocation simultaneously ends the application process and triggers the timely deletion of your data. Recruitment services are then no longer possible.
We would like to point out that sending suitable vacancies involves direct contact from the relevant recruiter, not a newsletter.

We also take the liberty of contacting you from time to time without obligation by telephone, email or other communication channels to ask whether your wishes and ideas regarding a possible new job have changed. The more precisely you inform us, the more suitable vacancies we can suggest to you.

Your data will be processed exclusively for the purposes of recruitment. Your data that is in our database will only be treated within the guidelines listed here and with strict confidentiality.

We hereby point out that the following information is stored in our database:

• Description of your work experience, skills and education
• Contact information that identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address
• All submitted documents such as cover letter, CV, application photo, certificates or proof of further training

Register for the job alert and contact your recruiter

You can order a job alert via our job board. This gives you the opportunity to automatically receive new job advertisements from different employers that are of interest to you. When you receive those automatically sent emails, you will also receive a link to unsubscribe from the relevant notifications.

You also have the option of sending us your CV and your application documents so that our recruiters can contact you to discuss the framework conditions you require. We will then be happy to send you interesting job advertisements that match your ideas.

Unsubscribe from the job alert or contact your recruiter

When you send automatically generated emails (JobAlarm), you will receive a link to unsubscribe from the corresponding notifications.

If you no longer wish to receive job suggestions or would like to pause these for a certain period of time, please inform your recruiter directly. Since this involves direct contact from the relevant recruiter, these emails do not contain a link to unsubscribe. You also have the option of using our form.

Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to European laws. Before a legal dispute arises, we will of course try to resolve any discrepancies quickly and efficiently to the satisfaction of both parties.
